At the United Nations Climate Change Conference(COP29) on November 15, TAILG as a representative of low-carbon mobility in the electric industry was invited to attend the High-Level Forum on South-South Cooperation on Climate Change to discuss low-carbon mobility and a green future with representatives from various countries.
This is not only an affirmation of TAILG's efforts in promoting low-carbon mobility and green transportation, but also a recognition of TAILG's role as an important participant in global climate action.
Low-carbon TAILG Promotes South-South Cooperation
On November 15, Huang Runqiu, Minister of Ecology and Environment, stated in his speech at the High-Level Forum on South-South Cooperation on Climate Change at the COP29 China Pavilion that developing countries should strengthen South-South cooperation, work together to promote the implementation of the Convention and the Paris Agreement, and jointly address the climate crisis.
To date, China has signed 54 memorandums of understanding on South-South Cooperation on climate change with 42 developing countries, helping to enhance the capacity of developing countries to cope with climate change through cooperation in building low-carbon demonstration zones and carrying out mitigation and adaptation projects.
TAILG adheres to the concept of green development and actively responds to the South-South Cooperation initiative. At the High-Level Forum on South-South Cooperation on Climate Change, President Yao Li introduced TAILG low-carbon mobility projects around the world.
Under the guidance and support of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Belt and Road Center, electric mobility pilot projects in Kenya, Thailand, and the Philippines have been successfully implemented. Through close cooperation with local partners, electric mobility solutions have helped alleviate traffic pressure and reduce CO2 emissions.
For example, it helps electrify the Philippine postal service and promotes low-carbon transportation in Thailand, leading to the green transformation of takeout, passenger transportation and other industries. In the African market, the TK90 electric motorcycle, jointly developed with KOFA in Ghana, also effectively reduces the cost of use by 30% through the exchangeable lithium battery pack.
Currently, TAILG's globalization strategy not only promotes the widespread use of low-carbon mobility, but also provides practical green transportation solutions for developing countries through cooperation with governments and enterprises in many countries.
Technological TAILG Contribution Solutions
The African Solar Belt program is one of the important topics of the Chinese corner at this COP29. The African Solar Belt project aims to promote energy transformation and sustainable development through the development of photovoltaic energy, and is an important part of the "South-South Cooperation" program.
President Yao Li said that TAILG's electric mobility technology is highly compatible with Africa's low-carbon economic development goals and shows broad prospects for cooperation, especially the African Solar Belt project, which has great potential for development.
With 21 years of deep commitment to electric mobility, and with industry-leading R&D centers and a CNAS-accredited laboratory, TAILG has continued to innovate in the areas of energy conservation, energy batteries, and charging and switching technologies, accumulating more than 2,000 patents to date, and promoting them widely in low- and middle-income countries around the world.
At present, TAILG is accelerating its globalization layout, setting up a strategic plan for the integration of product, research, production and sales, and continuing to be an important force in promoting the application of clean energy worldwide.
In addition to continuing to expand green energy applications, the Global E-mobility Programme Research Institute is also actively breaking through the combination of photovoltaics and the electric vehicle industry, and will be able to provide more environmentally friendly, cleaner and richer energy to the local community in terms of green mobility and home energy storage.
The above initiatives mark a further upgrade of TAILG's low-carbon mobility solutions and will lead to a wider range of UN electric mobility cooperation projects globally, providing sustainable new energy solutions for climate improvement in low- and middle-income countries.
As a global pioneer of long-range electric two-wheelers, TAILG is willing to actively participate in the Africa Solar Belt program of South-South Cooperation on Climate Change, and is committed to becoming a promoter, practitioner, explorer and leader in the global low-carbon mode of transportation.
Through the COP29, TAILG will also further deepen its cooperation with governments, enterprises and international environmental protection organizations, and jointly contribute to the fight against climate change and the promotion of sustainable development.
