As a beginner, what should I pay attention to during regular use of the vehicle?
During the regular use of the electric two-wheeler, it is recommended to pay attention to the following points:
1. It is not recommended to charge a new vehicle immediately; wait at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before starting the first charge.
2. When the battery level shows 1-2 bars, it is recommended to charge promptly and use the original TAILG charger to ensure safety.
3. Regularly inspect the condition of the charging equipment and power source, including outlets, wires, and current load parameters, to ensure safe charging.

1. Check if the charger or battery fuse is blown, preventing charging.

How to set the vehicle's anti-theft system? What is the anti-theft function?
1. Mechanical anti-theft: Turn the steering handle to the left about 45 degrees, press the key in the closed position, and turn it to the left to lock the steering handle. To unlock the steering handle, simply reverse the above steps. 
2. Remote control anti-theft: Activate the anti-theft function on the remote control handle. The anti-theft function detects if the vehicle is moving. Once activated, the motor will automatically lock.

Our electric two-wheelers are equipped with IPX6 waterproofing, which can handle various weather conditions, including rainy days. Please ensure that the battery and electrical component interfaces are dry to guarantee normal operation of the vehicle.
