On July 22, 2019, Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, received a batch of special gifts. The electric motorcycles provided by TAILG, the UN electric mobility partner, were officially delivered to Kenya. Four months later, TAILG, which has gone further, once again represented Chinese electric vehicle brands at the UNEP headquarters. At the same time, the first electric motorcycle product built by a Chinese electric vehicle company officially landed in Kenya, Africa.

Huang Jiangsong, head of the UNEP's electric vehicle mobility project and deputy general manager of TAILG Group's foreign trade department, and the head of TAILG's African market witnessed this historic moment.

At the Fourth World Environment Conference in March 2019, TAILG reached further cooperation with the UNEP and became the United Nations' electric vehicle mobility partner. During the World Environment Day on June 5, TAILG was the only invited brand in the electric vehicle industry to attend the World Environment Day theme event. During this period, TAILG launched charity cycling activities in many cities around the world.

The United Nations Electric Mobility Project in which TAILG participates aims to call on people to adopt greener, more energy-efficient and power-saving travel methods to reduce environmental pollution and protect our common home, the Earth. According to the plan, TAILG will serve as an electric vehicle travel partner and launch pilot promotions in six countries around the world, including Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda in Africa, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam in Asia, to help the world run further.

At the delivery ceremony, Huang Jiangsong extended greetings and best wishes from TAILG’s board of directors to UNEP and Kenyan officials present.

"TAILG Group will continue to strengthen communication with UNEP, deepen cooperation, participate more extensively in global environmental governance, and work together to promote 'electric travel'. We also hope that Kenya will make good use of TAILG products, launch more pilot promotion work, and bring more energy-saving and power-saving TAILG products that can travel farther to the African people," said Huang Jiangsong.

During the test riding session, many officials from UNEP and Kenya were present and tried riding TAILG products. The sharp and stylish lines, fashionable and cool appearance, and energy-saving and power-saving features instantly won everyone's unanimous approval. They all said that electric motorcycles are energy-saving and environmentally friendly, which is very worthy of promotion for the African continent where the ecology is relatively fragile and the energy industry is not fully developed. They look forward to working with TAILG to continue to promote electric travel in Kenya and other African countries, and jointly make the world go further!
